Vintage Hermès 1976 Quito II Brown Box Calf Leather 2way Bag

Every piece of vintage Hermès is special, and many of them are extremely rare now. This refers to the much less talked about—"quiet" luxury Hermès bags here.

The touch and feel on the luxurious leather from the 70s', with beautiful luster on an vintage box calf leather — a patine that can not be "produced" with any newer bags.
It has not been re-dyed or processed. In its original form, and that's why the leather feels so great upon touch!

The geometric gold hardware designs are absolutely stunning. Love the dark brown shade since it'll go well with so many outfit and fashion style easily.

And of course the adjustable strap helps, I LOVE a versatile bag!
The multiple compartments is lovely too, making your daily essentials super organized!

Impression of this bag is elegant, classy, and with individuality. No huge logo or "H" mark anywhere, but you can feel the luxurious vibe right away.

Fun fact, you can spot this bag in its later model (the 1976's version), still on Hermes' web site (Repair service page)!

The overall condition is excellent both inside and out, as seen from the photos. Very light signs of wear for such a vintage bag, and mostly on the inner flap areas only. 

I have no plan to retouch this bag prior selling, as I think the vintage condition is actually pretty good, and ultimately the owner should make this decision!
Feel free to bring it to Hermès repair service or to your locally trusted bag spa to pamper it a little :)

• Hardware: gold hardware, generally good condition with some surface scratch (normal signs of wear for hardware)
• Corners: good condition
• Base: good condition
• Creases/cracks: none on main body. Some light creases on the upper right folded area on the back side, as normal signs of wear for vintage bag (see photos)
• Scratch/scuffs: a few scuffs as normal signs of wear, but nothing major and none of the front side (see photos)
• Discoloration: none
• Strap: adjustable strap, shows signs of wear with some folded lines/creases and dryness. Can be worked at Hermès workshop or leather craftsman if you like!

• Lining: brown leather lining

• Inner pocket: 1 pocket with flap closure, 3 small slip pockets for small items

• Smell: none
• Condition: nice and clean, in great condition
