Vintage Chanel Black Calfskin Matelasse CC Turn lock Classic Flap Bag

Never say never... this it our first vintage Chanel Matelasse Classic Flap bag, and she's from the late '80s in beautiful condition! 

With an edgy and lean design that reflects the house of Chanel, it has all the elements that won't miss a beat for a Chanel bag:
24k-gold plated shoulder chain strap, CC turn lock, black calfskin leather, large CC logo on the inner flap, and did you notice the diagonal stitchings looking a little different? It's double stitched!

The calfskin leather is still supple and of high quality, plus it's very durable so you actually don't need to pamper this bag much vs. a lambskin bag. The stitching also look and feel extremely well crafted.

It's perfect as a crossbody or even just one shoulder, but try to wrap the chain around the inner flap to create a shorter, purse-like style: it's soooo chic!

This bag is built sturdy: it can stand alone on its own and retain its shape.
Size is just right, will fit all the daily essentials like wallets, phones, makeup and keys etc. Since it's a vintage bag, I recommend using some type of purse liner if you tend to fill up your bag on a daily basis, so the shape will retain beautifully over time.

She'll stand out from the rest of your Chanel bags (or other's!), and will definitely get your friends asking about it. A timeless design from Chanel that will NEVER go out of style.

This bag in excellent condition both inside and out, as seen in the photos.
No re-coloring or retouching. The leather has been cleaned and conditioned inside out, by yours truly! It's always a good moment when a pristine condition rare Chanel bag is found ;)

• Hardware: 24k gold plated hardware, in good condition
• Chain: in good condition, gold tone remains beautiful
• CC turnlock: turn lock works fine, gold tone is fading on the upper part (see photos)
• Base: good condition
• Corners: good condition
• Cracks: none
• Creases: none, except for the normal parts that are naturally prone to creases — near the folded area on the back, but very minor considered its age
• Scratch/scuffs: not much, very light signs of wear on the exterior
• Discoloration: none

Interior
• Lining: black leather lining
• Inner pocket: 1 zipped pocket, 1 slip pocket
• Zipper: 1, runs fine
• Smell: light leather smell
• Condition: great condition, nice and clean, no peeling or stickiness!

Comes with Chanel serial sticker (inside the zipped pocket), 7 digits starts with 06, and the original Chanel box.
Comes with authentication report from Japan.
